Our story

We're giving youth sports its time back.

The games matter. The growth matters. The memories matter. The logistics don't. ALL PLAYS exists to make the busywork disappear — so the adults can be present and the kids can just play.

Mission

Give every family, coach, and league an AI teammate that runs the operational load of youth sports — so the only thing left to do is show up and be present.

Vision

A world where a kid's whole season is captured, shared, and celebrated — while the adults around them spend zero hours on logistics.

Why we built it

Founded in a minivan, between three huddles

Paul Snider — founder, dad, and coach

Paul Snider

Founder · Head Coach · Chief Dad

Meet Paul Snider — full-time dad of three, Chief Technology Officer by trade, unrepentant AI enthusiast by night, and, when the whistle blows, the coach on the sideline for all three of his kids. For two decades he led engineering teams building platforms trusted to help run hospitals. Then he'd drive home and discover the most broken software in his life was the stuff running his kids' Saturdays.

Because the modern youth-sports weekend is a logistics gauntlet worthy of a war room: three kids, a half-dozen teams, game times colliding across town, a group-chat avalanche, a graveyard of forwarded screenshots, and four different apps that each solve 60% of the problem and refuse to speak to one another. He'd shipped systems entrusted with patient care — yet nothing could reliably answer which field, what time, and who's driving.

So he stopped forwarding screenshots and started building. The conviction was simple, and frankly a little audacious: the software should do the work, not just store it. The moment AI grew capable enough to understand what a frazzled parent or coach actually wants, ALL PLAYS was born — the first youth-sports platform you don't fill out. You just ask. Talk to it, and it runs the season.

Here's the part that makes it more than a company: Paul builds ALL PLAYS with his family. His kids aren't just the inspiration — they're the focus group, the field-testers, and the first apprentices. Around one real product they're learning how a business actually works, how AI is genuinely built, and that the best answer to something broken is to make something better. It's a family company in the truest sense: the users, the testers, and the whole reason all sit at the same dinner table.

And yes — fittingly for an AI-native company — ALL PLAYS is built by an AI development factory, and even this page was written with AI. That's not a gimmick; it's the thesis. It's also a promise the whole family stands behind: with kids' data, powerful and careful have to be the same thing. Bold enough to reinvent youth sports. Grounded enough to be trusted with it.

What we stand for

Our values

Kids first

Every decision starts with what's best for the young athlete and their family — not engagement metrics.

Privacy isn't optional

Youth data is handled with permission-aware access and strict boundaries — powerful and careful, always.

AI that serves families

Technology should remove work, not add it. If it doesn't give someone their evening back, it doesn't ship.

For the whole community

From the head coach to the grandparent watching from afar — everyone on the sideline belongs here.

Leadership

Meet the Snider family

ALL PLAYS is a family company in the most literal sense — the founders, the operators, and the toughest testers all share a last name and a dinner table.

The team's toughest product critic. If a feature isn't fun and obvious for a real young athlete, Madison sends it back — and she's usually right.

Will Snider

Will Snider

Director of Game Day

Chief tester of live tracking and replays. Will breaks things on purpose so no coach ever does by accident — and is learning how software really gets built along the way.

Max Snider

Max Snider

Chief Vibes Officer

Head of fun and first impressions. Max makes sure the app is something a kid actually wants to open — and is learning that building a business can be a blast.

Trust is the product

We're asking families to bring AI into their kids' sports lives — a responsibility we don't take lightly. Every AI action is permission-aware and confirmed, private details never cross team boundaries, and they're never exposed to outside assistants.
